Do you need to cancel your upcoming appointment? Please call us today at 503-661-4711 and we can find another time that will work better for you. Otherwise, please be aware that we do require a 24 hour advance notification for any cancellation. If we do not receive a 24 hour advance cancellation, you may incur a small cancellation fee of $50.00.
Being a ONE Doctor practice, we need to know that you will be here for the time we have set aside for you and your needed treatment. Otherwise, we have a difficult time trying to accomodate the patients in pain and needing to be seen on an "emergency" basis. Thank you for your understanding on this policy.
